Flexible 24-Hour Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% penalty of the total booking amount.

1. Pay Now

The total amount (100%) will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

5% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be paid at check-in.

Payment Information

In case of a no-show or cancellation according to the policy, the corresponding charge or refund will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment or as a booking guarantee during check-in.
By confirming a reservation, you agree that transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. These costs will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation, as they relate to services provided during the booking process.

We had a great stay! Reception allowed us to leave our belongings with them as we arrived in the city hours prior to our check in. They check us in 2 hours before check in time with no charge. We slept well in spite of the short earthquake earlier in the day. We were initially disappointed that there was no window that can be opened in the room but we warmed up to the space. Our room was quite spacious with a queen bed. The air-condition was quiet, it was spitting out water but was fixed right away after it’s been reported. Location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. Great square across the street with lush plants and trees, birds of different kinds very active and entertaining. Our room was quiet during the night. There were leaves in the pool, we just came from a place where the pool was maintained well. Gym and weight room at the back. Staff speaks English and very helpful and friendly.

If you want quiet this is not it because it's in the downtown but if you want somewhere that's awesome to walk around down town from this is the spot. Waking up to the church bells and birds chirping in the trees is a beautiful morning. Going downstairs for breakfast and just listening to the traffic and birds and relaxing in Mexico is the perfect morning before a walk to all the local shops. The AC works the water is hot and has plenty of pressure. If you want quiet again this is not the spot. If they have an event in the square YOU WILL HEAR IT. But we slept through it when it was time for bed even if it went on until 2am. Sabora Fest 2025 was an awesome experience also.
