We had a great stay! Reception allowed us to leave our belongings with them as we arrived in the city hours prior to our check in. They check us in 2 hours before check in time with no charge. We slept well in spite of the short earthquake earlier in the day. We were initially disappointed that there was no window that can be opened in the room but we warmed up to the space. Our room was quite spacious with a queen bed. The air-condition was quiet, it was spitting out water but was fixed right away after it’s been reported. Location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. Great square across the street with lush plants and trees, birds of different kinds very active and entertaining. Our room was quiet during the night. There were leaves in the pool, we just came from a place where the pool was maintained well. Gym and weight room at the back. Staff speaks English and very helpful and friendly.

Rooms are very simple, but provide everything needed. Parking is available in the back of the hotel and is included. The location is very convenient. There are a number of great restaurants near by. The 2 rooftop restaurants not only provide excellent food, but also an exceptional atmosphere with a wonderful view.

Great place! Bed was a bit too hard but the location was everything, service was fantastic, hot water, very walkable place.
